Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Crayon MBA (“we”, “us”) for using crayonmba.com. We've kept them short and readable. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

Your account

• You need to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.
• Keep your login safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One account is for one person. Please don't share your login or membership.

Free and paid access

Some lessons are free. A VIP membership adds every other lesson, case and simulation, and any other member features listed on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

Subscriptions and billing

• Memberships cost $49 per year, or a lower regional price in some countries, as shown before you pay (plus any taxes shown at checkout), and are billed in advance by our payment processor, Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime from your dashboard (“Manage billing”). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• If we ever change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
• Free-access codes (coupons) we give out can have an end date and can be ended by us at any time. They have no cash value.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• copy, resell or republish our lessons, cases or solutions;
• scrape the site, or try to get around paywalls, rate limits or security measures;
• attack, overload or harm the site or anyone using it;
• harass other people or upload anything illegal.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. If that happens to a paid account, we'll explain why.

Our content

The lessons, cases, models, visuals and site design belong to Crayon MBA; your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for learning.

Education, not a degree or professional advice

Crayon MBA teaches business knowledge. It is not a degree, gives no certificate or credential, and is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice for your situation. We can't guarantee a job, a promotion, business results or any particular outcome. Results depend on many things outside our control.

The service “as is”

We aim to keep Crayon MBA available and accurate, but it's provided as is, and things can occasionally break or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Ending your account

You can stop using Crayon MBA at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@crayonmba.com. Cancel an active subscription first so you aren't billed again.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell members by email or on the site before the changes take effect.
