14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, email us and we'll refund it in full. No forms, no hard questions.

Renewals

• Yearly plans: if a renewal charge surprised you, email us within 14 days of the renewal and we'll refund it.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from your dashboard (“Manage billing”). You keep your membership until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@crayonmba.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
